In a world where the technological phenomenon is more and more present, there is a need to implement a traditional national program to support the development of young people 19+ in Romania, from the perspective of the skills they need in life to achieve success in the digital world. The Career Laboratory promotes a culture of performance, academic integration and equal opportunities for all students in Romania, regardless of their academic specialization. In addition, it contributes to increasing the employability of young people by creating opportunities and participating in an attractive program, delivered in Romanian, which develops skills & promises relevant learning experiences, as well as "contact with the real professional life" in the partners' industries.

Complementing the university curriculum with workshops on current topics, anchored in reality and focused on future trends.

Supporting young people in the personal process of self-discovery and preparation for the labor market, in order to become the most eligible candidates for employers.
