Through this project we strive to connect each technological high school enrolled in the program with a company that provides support for the specialized training of students, so that the participating adolescents obtain a professional qualification and have the opportunity to engage in that company. After completing the program, young people can work and, at the same time, continue their studies.

Adoptă un Liceu is the project through which we guide high school students from the technological field to build a better future, to gain confidence in their qualities and to discover their own potential.
Through this project, we want to bring an added value to the traditional theoretical education and complement it with practical sessions in the partner's factory and workshops for high school students to get to know themselves better, thus contributing to the further integration of good performance in young people in the labor market.
We implement a traditional national program that supports the development of an ecosystem in the field of vocational education in Romania, from the perspective of the life skills needed by young people and the career they can shape in their learning field.
We inspire young people to discover their values and train their potential so that they are prepared for the ever-changing future. We guide young people in theoretical (sciences division), technological and dual education to aim for personal and professional fulfillment.
