We believe in the potential of young people to translate into reality their greatest dreams, ideas about humanity and the way to achieve their personal mission. The stories of all the people who have succeeded make reference to the mental growth, emotional development and improvement of the child's self-esteem, who becomes a teenager and then an adult.
Personal resilience, progressive thinking and determination to overcome one's potential are the characteristics of any young person who wants to succeed in life.
Inner energy, a keen mind, the development of intuition, a concern for things that matter to him and others, as well as risk tolerance can transform human potential and trigger in any individual the desire for success and the courage to overcome the obstacles in life.
We believe that young people need to discover how they can dream, how they can let themselves be carried away by the great ideas that do not give them peace and how they can use their own value system, collaboratively, to transform today's society into one based on healthy values.
Therefore, we are followers of collaborative work between generations, we believe in the power of complementarity and as such, we want to create an educational ecosystem in which, together with all our partners, we exchange value and contribute to the development of coherent, consistent and meaningful programs that promote positive relationships and reposition the importance of education centered on healthy values in a society.
Each program includes value-centered education workshops, as needed in the 21st Century.

In the 21st century, the multigenerational workforce has become the norm. Scholars belonging to several generations are here and are not leaving. Understanding what drives each generation to move forward is a step towards ensuring the achievements of the education system and the possible mitigation of educational risk. With these generational interactions, the dynamics of learning communities have changed.
Each generation has different life experiences, their own learning styles, strengths, points for improvement, as well as different technological “comfort levels” (Couglin, 2012).
In order to better understand the characteristics of the 4-5 generations active in the field of education, we have extended a national research. Thus, we will be able to find out the premises for the development of long-term research competence. Cooperation and exchange of good practices with well-known specialists in the field of educational research is another important aspect for us.
